Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 June 2026

1. Who we are

PanePal is a software-as-a-service platform designed to help window cleaning businesses manage their customers, rounds, scheduling, invoicing, and communications. PanePal is operated by a UK-based business (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PanePal (including signing up for the beta waitlist), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Beta programme

PanePal is currently in beta. This means the service is still under active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during the beta period. By joining the waitlist or using the beta, you acknowledge this.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use PanePal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
  • Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it
  • Upload or transmit any malicious code or content

6. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into PanePal, including customer records, invoices, and business information. By using the service you grant us permission to store and process that data for the purpose of providing the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Payments and billing

During the beta period, PanePal is free to use. Paid plans will be introduced before the full launch, and you will be given advance notice of any pricing changes. You will never be charged without your explicit agreement.

8. Intellectual property

All software, design, and content that makes up PanePal (excluding your data) is owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PanePal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of revenue, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

You may stop using PanePal at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, you may request a copy of your data within 30 days.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
