  • Account data — your name, email address, and business details when you sign up or join the waitlist.
  • Business data — customer records, round information, job schedules, invoices, and expenses that you enter into PanePal.

  • Communications — if you contact us by email, we keep a record of that correspondence.

We use your data to:

  • Provide and improve the PanePal service
  • Send you service-related emails (e.g. waitlist confirmation, product updates)

4. Your customers’ data

As a PanePal user, you may store personal data about your own customers (names, addresses, email addresses). You are the data controller for that information. We process it on your behalf as a data processor. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to store and use your customers’ data, and for informing them appropriately.

5. Who we share data with

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate PanePal:

  • Supabase — database and authentication (EU region)
  • Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
  • Resend — transactional email delivery

Each of these providers processes data only as necessary to deliver their service and is bound by appropriate data protection agreements.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, you may request deletion of your data within 30 days. We may retain certain data for longer where required by law.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Receive your data in a portable format
